We apologise for the delay in shipping your item. We normally dispatch within 24 hours but unfortunately due to extremely high demand your item was delayed by a further 5 working days. We continue to liaise with the manufacturer to prevent such issues but unfortunately on this occasion we were let down.

Dear Customer,
Following your review regarding the Airack 50 Lite Glass Dryer and our engineers Free Of Charge visit to investigate your concerns, we have established the Airack to be working correctly and to the manufacturers specification. We have though, as discussed, identified issues with your glasswasher that you could address to improve performance and the results of your glassware.
