Didn't get any updates as to when item was dispatched and when i would receive product. There were no updates which meant I was not at home for the delivery.

Hi,
I am sorry to hear you did not receive a dispatch confirmation on your order, however looking at your order you did not provide a mobile phone number which we use so that our couriers (i.e. Royal Mail) use in order to notify our customers of impending deliveries using the shipping address our customers provide on the order.
Should you have provided this information on the order, then a delivery/dispatch confirmation would have been provided to you.
