The service I received was courteous, efficient and friendly. I visited the Sligo branch as I have done for years and have always been very satisfied with the service I received.

I like to staying with AXA when possible as i have House insurance and Health insurance with AXA
Well found staff extreamly helpful with the house insurance unfortnatly culdnt match the price i got for car insurance but maybe next year

Improve staff attitudes
Staff must be little more friendly.
Facing difficult to communicate .
As a customer,we expect a pleasant and smiley attitude from axa staff. But unfortunately it’s not happened.
