Car insurance feels like very poor value for money.

Hi Stephen,
Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies for the delay you encountered. Your original policy had developed an I.T. issue that could not be rectified and a new policy had to be set up. The delay you encountered on the phone was excessive. Our staff should have arranged a call back with you and then rectified the situation before contacting you with the result rather than have you waiting on the phone.

Hi Mohamed,
Thank you for your feedback. We accept your point that insurance is getting very expensive. There have been significant rate increases all across the country this year with all customers experiencing price increases. In your own case, the rates are higher than last year, plus you changed from a 1.2 car to a 1.6 car, which is a higher insurance group and contributed to the increased price.
