I'm really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the discussion you had regarding both your home and car renewals.
Unfortunately, there has been an increase in premiums across the insurance industry due to a number of reasons, including rising claims costs and high court awards. The majority of customers across all companies are seeing price increases as a result.
At AXA we try our best to minimise these increases, while still offering a great product to suit our customers needs.
The value of your vehicle does not affect your renewal premium with AXA however we do use other factors such as make, model and car group etc.

Pleasantly surprised and very happy with service.
Was looked after by Jacintha. She made the process very easy and effortless. Would recommend dealing with Axa. Price was competitive. Now have car and house insurance with them.
