Good but not flexible with payment days has to come out of the bank on 1st of the month unlike alot of oter company's

Unfortunately, there has been an increase in premiums across the insurance industry due to a number of reasons, including rising claims costs and high court awards. The majority of customers across all companies are seeing price increases as a result. At AXA we try our best to minimise these increases, while still offering a great product to suit our customers needs.

As regards the communications, please accept my apologies for the lack of an explanation. Your policy was renewed by direct debit last year and the letter issued to you was to advise that we would renew it by direct debit again this year unless we were advised otherwise. Our representative should have clarified this when you were speaking with them.

Quite good value considering the market. Had to call back 2 weeks after I sent in documents as they hadn't contacted me or sent out my disc.

I have a full clean drivers license and full no claims bonus, I hv never been in an accident nor claimed on my insurance and my policy was 50% more expensive this year

We know that you have never claimed from AXA, but the price increases must be applied across the market as a whole.
