Certificate recieved was incorrect. To get it amended I had to wait 15 mins on telephone hold to get through to staff member. It was then sorted out easily.
Excellent local insurance brokers, easy to access and deal with and I enjoy the online aspect. I have had no problems and continue to use AXA each year as they are always very competitive.
