Poor support AXA on line
Initial administration and response was very good, but supply of documentation was poor. I could not connect with AXA online and temporary passwords that were promised on a number of occasions never...
Very helpful and friendly, stayed on the phone until I was happy with with my insurance, it was my first time using axa but would definitely use them again 10 out of 10
