The process or getting a quote and paying for my car insurance was flawless and smooth. I was guided through it with nice information popups and help links that explain more.

I had issues with the website and had to call. Then I had issues with logging into my axa account which took 3 phone calls over a week to sort

Hi Paul. Many Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I see that you did get on-line and you are now able to access your MY AXA account. We are currently reviewing our MY AXA site to make it even better and I will certainly pass your feedback on to the relevant department.
