First of all I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I have attempted to contact you by telephone to discuss this matter further but have been unsuccessful.
I am sorry to her that you experienced such difficulty in getting the correct renewal premium, I see that you had been quoted incorrectly in the first instance and this was down to the fact that you had a load applied to your policy last year due to your age and the group of car that you changed to. The first agent you spoke to did not pick up on the fact that the load could be removed as you now meet the criteria to drive such a group of car. This issue was then corrected by the second agent that you spoke with.
With regards to the incorrect dates on your Certificate, I am sorry about this and I note that a correct certificate has been issued to you on 3/1/2017.
Again I would like to apologise for any inconvenience we may have caused you and I would like to thank you for renewing with AXA.

Unfortunately I am currently in work and unable to answer a phonecall until 6.30pm.
I believe the service I received and the way I had been treated being gave multiple quotes via the telephone and via email, each of which being a different price and then to recieve letters again quoting a different price was just not acceptable.
I've been with axa for 2 years as a named driver and a further 2 with my own policy and never had an issue before. This time I raised a complaint about the service and nothing had been done about that apart from being told to take it to the ombudsman. Unfortunately I've had to do this aswell as axa just seemed to palm me off and ignore the service I'd beend receiving
