Dear Mr Akhtar, We are sorry to hear that your experience with us hasn't been the best. Please be informed that guidelines pertaining to the covid-19 travel restrictions were shared with you at the time of booking the holiday wherein, it was clearly stated that exemptions for RT-PCR test are only for fully vaccinated travelers and travelers under 12 years of age for arrivals in Dubai. Our records shows that one the passengers aged 14 years did not have a negative RT-PCR test and he completed only one dose of the covid-19 vaccination. Therefore, she was denied boarding at the airport. Upon being apprised of the situation, our travel consultants coordinated with both the airline and the hotel and your holiday package was rearranged.
