Had a good experience purchasing insurance but follow up paperwork was very unsatisfactory as in being asked for documents already provided and being kept for 40 minutes on phone trying to prove...

Despite forwarding documents for car insurance within requested timeframe I received two letters outlining aviva would cancel my policy if I didn't forward documents.
