I have waited before updating my feedback to give Austin Wyatt time to resolve the problem. This has not happened. After the first month of the tenancy I instructed AW that my neighbour had concerns about the condition of my property and instead of the registered two tenants there were four people living there. I was informed that there was condensation on all of the windows. I was informed that I would have to pay for an inspection visit so I waited for the routine visit in February. I have now been informed that there is damp in the flat. I have owned the property since the late 1990's and my husband and I have lived there since 2010, and there has been no damp. So, how can this happen when the tenants have only been there three months? I have been informed that the tenants are leaving at the end of the tenancy. However, if they were not going I would be terminating the tenancy with them.

Could do better!

Expensive fees on changing tenants, far more than I pay another agent. We have to chase up things and communication is not always good. Letters or e mails are not answered, for example.
