After leaving an initially slightly negative review, I genuinely wish more organisations handled feedback the way Attwells did. They acknowledged my concerns, investigated the issue, and provided a solution. At the end of the day, all I wanted just the resolution and reassurance the matter is taken care of. Many companies become defensive when faced with criticism, Attwells did the opposite. They listened to, took responsibility, communicated, and resolved the matter quickly and professionally. This approach restores confidence. I was initially considering updating my rating to four stars, but given the way the situation was handled and the excellent final outcome, I decided they deserve all five.
