Our website does state under our General Policies that bookings must include at least one person aged 21 or over. However, we’re sorry if this requirement wasn’t clear enough at the time of booking. Hi, Thank you for coming back to me. Out of the 6 people on the booking 2 were aged over 21. The issue was there wasn't someone aged over 21 in each room. We had 3 rooms so it was impossible to have a 21yr old in each room.
