I think everyone needs to know a little bit about this customer for context! Good or bad - we relish the feed back when its fair :) Customer straight off the bat sent a nasty message threatening us with a 1 star review for his order not arriving on time. It really was a nasty little message. We aren't used to these kind of messages so came as a shock. We sent a lovely message back pointing out it would have arrived on the 7th of October if he hadn't ordered past our cut off for next working day. As promised the order arrived on the 8th of October. We check the parcel arrived all safely checking DPD's photos. A week later (last night) we received a message saying the item had arrived broken. First off the package was very well wrapped by ATBShop. The item also comes in a blister pack where you could stand on it and it wouldn't break and the photos from DPD proved it arrived with zero damage. We did think it was a little strange the item looked fine in the delivery shot and its taken you a week to complain about the item being broken. Now we are happy to help when things going wrong so asked for photos of how it arrived to prove it was broken in transit. Next thing we know ATBShop has a 1 star. I think most people reading this are thinking the same as us by now? If you've had an accident using the item speak to us with respect and we shall try and help resolve this. Please don't try and blame DPD when its not their fault. We have parts which can fix this and we are happy to help but we just need you to "Own It" and say I had an accident can you help fix this? I sit here now waiting for you to start with a polite email asking for help in fixing the item... We look forward to hearing from you. ATBShop :)
