Nothing to do with travel agent, but air conditioning in room was faulty and door handle kept falling off. This was not rectified by Club Med even though they were aware of the situation.

The food was not up to the standard I would expect for a 5 star cruise or the standard I have experienced on a Riviera cruise before.
House keeping was good and so was our waiter.

Good food and trips. Great scenery. Good meal at Grand Porto Hotel on last day before flight. Good couriers on trips.
Had to pay for wifi and water in cabin and no robes available.
