We understand your consultant has since contacted you to apologise - He had been waiting to receive an update from the client, however now appreciates it would have been better to touch base throughout the post-interview process, regardless.
We are always striving to improve our service so have taken your comments on board and will do our best to ensure lessons are learned.
We hope you will consider using ARM again.

Great responsiveness
Great to have such a responsive recruitment consultant. Charlie was on top of the situation and prompt with communication on any update. Effective handover to colleague when not in the office.
