Hi! Really disappointed to hear you didn't enjoy the process of working with us on this transaction! We completed this BTL mortgage within 6 weeks of the enquiry coming in, in spite of a typical BTL case taking between 12-14 weeks in the wider market. We worked hard to source all documentation required quickly - documentation that was requested and mandated by the lender, not us - and really pushed to complete your case as quickly as we could. Your frustrations around the valuation are shared by us, as the lender in question does not share valuation reports with brokers or borrowers - so we do not have a copy to send, sadly. In spite of this, I'm pleased we were able to successfully complete so quickly on this case, and we all wish you the best of luck with your ongoing property journey!
