Approach Tours レビュー

Hi Kathy! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for your thoughtful review of Timeless Japan. We're so glad you were happy with the tour and your Group Guru. We completely understand your disappointment about the monastery stay (we loved it too!), and your suggestions about local guide preparation and an extra night in Kyoto are really helpful — we've shared them with our team. We hope to welcome you on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

Thank you for sharing your experience on our Ancient Egypt & the Nile tour, and for recommending us! We're delighted the trip felt seamless from your door onward, and we'll be sure to pass your kind words on to Ashgan. Thank you also for your honest feedback about how updates reached you during the flight cancellations. Lufthansa's cancellations came with little warning, and our team rebooked the group, arranged a lounge pass for your connection and sent e-tickets through your Group Guru. We hear you that a direct message from us matters in moments like that, and we're improving how information reaches travellers during disruptions. We hope to welcome you on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

Hi Jennifer! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for your review of Timeless Japan. We're so glad the bullet trains, temples and shrines gave you such a great sense of Japan's history, and that Diana made sure all of your needs were taken care of. Thank you as well for your thoughts on the balance of temples and the Tokyo shopping stop — that's helpful feedback, and we've passed it along to our team. We hope to see you on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for this wonderful review! From medinas and sunrise camel rides to a night in the desert and a hammam in Marrakech, it sounds like you truly saw the real Morocco. We're so glad Tara and Abdul made such a great team, and that the Essaouira hotel issue was sorted so quickly. Those out-of-the-way family restaurants are one of our favourite parts too. We hope to see you on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for such a thoughtful review of Colours of Morocco. We're so glad the desert and that sunrise balloon ride near Marrakesh were highlights, and that your guides made sure your dietary needs were always met. Thank you as well for your feedback on sharing flight details earlier (so seat upgrades are easier to plan) and on the pace; we've passed both along to our team. We hope to welcome you on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for this wonderful review of Ancient Egypt & the Nile! We love hearing that the carvings, culture and landscapes turned everything you thought you knew about Egypt on its head, and that your very first cruise was such a relaxing one. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to your Group Guru and Egyptian guide. We can't wait to welcome you on your next Approach adventure! The Approach Tours team

Hi Eileen! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for sharing your amazing trip! A lion strolling past just three feet from the safari truck is the kind of moment you never forget. We're so glad Becky and Deon made everything run so smoothly, from Cape Town and Kruger all the way to Victoria Falls. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to them both. Thank you for recommending us — we hope to see you on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

Hi Dianne! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for this lovely review of Peru & Mystical Machu Picchu. We're so glad Cheryl-Dawn took care of absolutely everything (even the toilet tissue!) and that you and Allan found the food delicious. Your idea of a 'light' dinner option is a great one, and we've passed it along to our team. We'll be sure Cheryl-Dawn sees your kind words. We hope to see you both on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for your honest review of Authentic Thailand & Phuket. We're so glad you saw it all, and that the food, hotels and your knowledgeable guide made it such a wonderful trip. We hear you on the pace — 'a little tour and a little vacation' is a great way to put it, and we've passed your suggestion about extra downtime along to our team. We hope to see you on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

Hi Susan! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for your wonderful review. We're so glad you and Morton were looked after 100%, and that Judy and your guides were the best. Thank you for the thoughtful suggestions on Cape Town, Durban and a gentler first morning. And thank you especially for raising the idea of giving back to the communities we visit, including the school in Victoria Falls — we've shared it with our leadership team. We hope to see you both again soon! The Approach Tours team
