I ordered at the beginning of November on the basis of delivery in a couple of weeks. Now mid January and have still received nothing.

We are sorry to hear that the delays you have received fall below our high standards.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a delay in importing the products from this supplier through the ports to reach you on the expected delivery date.
We are however pleased that we have managed to resolve the situation, by offering as a gesture of good will a free upgrade to Vispring pillows which we anticipate will be with you very soon.
