A faultless and incredibly knowledgable service from Maria and Rebecca in the showroom to the delivery team, who went over and above what would usually be expected from delivery men.

Thank you Tony for responding by phone to my first review. It's very rare for any customer service regarding any product to take the initiative and respond so promptly by phone to resolve any issues. Just to confirm, my comments were regarding a Vispring Heavenly Mattress Topper, as opposed to the Palazzo Fitted Sheet. The Palazzo arrived quickly, perfectly packaged as expected and is of high quality.
