I booked online it was very easy you could see all different options see what the rooms looked like and add extras if you wanted too.

Good Staff
very friendly and helpful. The person was really enthusiastic and engaging and a credit to your service. The only thing I am not sure of is whether when I arrive I will be able to go for the splash...

One of the easiest online booking services I've come across.
So easy to navigate which made the booking process simple to complete. Really wouldn't change anything, a great online service.

Unable to book day tickets with Merlin pass at the moment
Room booked but unable to book therm park tickets with premium Merlin pass at the moment. Online chat help useless. And still no news on EV charging points.
