Very polite knowledgeable lady, nothing too much trouble. Made it very easy to book my break. No rushing to get it booked, took the time to make sure I got what I wanted at the best deal

The girl I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. This will be the 3rd time myself and my family have been to alton towers and all the customer service staff have been excellent

Rubbish
Absolutely ridiculous not being able to speak to someone via phone, neither was anyone available via chat.
I have a major inquiry,I have made three Bookings and now only have two showing.How on earth...

The helpline for Short Breaks was fantastic. The individuals i spoke to were very good at getting us the best deal and re-assuring us regarding the COVID guidelines in place.
