Fantastic hotel booking staff
The hotel booking team at Alton towers are fantastic. I had to rebook after the latest lock down was extended. They did this with a smile and a laugh. Present and friendly to talk with.

Choose hotel first
All people to choose their hostel/bedroom and then show availability for that room. I don't want to have to put in every single date to fine the hotel I want.
