It’s the first time I have looked to book a stay at Alton Towers but the website made it very easy and quick to see what the accommodation was like and when it was available.

Very helpful, friendly staff
The 2 people I spoke 2 were so helpful and accommodating as I needed to make changes due to covid. They advised me of add ons.
