Alton Towers Enchanted Village and Splash Landings booking
I certainly will be booking with them again in the future. The person on the phone was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the park and booking process.

Sent an email four weeks ago to support and heard nothing. Yes I now have rearranged my booking with the voucher but it was a stressful wait.
