Easy but slow
Had to refresh the page several times as pages wouldn't load properly. It's an easy process but with the waiting and messing about refreshing the page constantly it took me a lot longer to sort out.

Easy to book online, but the payment completion not confirmed on the web site, later confirmed by an e-mail.
