The booking service was easy to use online. I did have to call the team direct to make some changes but this again was easy and couldn't fault it.

Frustrating
Found it very frustrating & time consuming adding on water park tickets as no one could add onto booking or if I contacted water park they couldn't give the 241 offer on waterpark tickets for hotel...

Easy to do. I had an enquiry after booking and shortly after I e mailed I recived a call giving me al the info I needed.

I found the booking service for Alton Towers Holidays very straightforward and my short break to the Enchanted Village was booked in no time! I can't wait for our adventure this summer :-)
