Used the website to book direct. Had a technical 'hitch' with what I wanted and what was booked, rang the team and could not have been more helpful for the inconvenience.

Booked using the Alton Towers website, it was ok but details (eg an itinerary for the day) were not available. This would have been useful.

Very easy to understand and use. Didn't need to contact anyone and booked very quickly and received immediate confirmation. Really looking forward to my stay.
