It was simple and quick. Called as there were a few queries we had and the girl I spoke to was great; friendly and knowledgable.

Not as we hoped this time
Quick & easy to book online however I couldn't see water park nor shark bait reef opening hours. I called the booking line & the lady I spoke with was very helpful & advised shark reef opening times...

thanks for taking the time to inform us of your experiences with the Alton Towers resort.
I do regret that you had been informed of the incorrect opening times for Shark Bait Reef during the half term week at Alton Towers.
I can certainly see how this could be frustrating to learn when you attempted to plan your trip around the provided information.
I do hope that you can accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused to you and your family.
just to add, we keep records of all complaints in order for us to asses, improve and meet all our guests needs as we truly do value all the feedback we receive.
I would like to think that this does not reflect on what the entire park has to offer and we would of course love to see you and your family visit the Alton Towers resort again in the near future.

Booking at Alton Towers Resort
I was provided with examples of room sizes and prices across the range on offer, from Splash Landings through to Alton Towers hotel and the newer rooms.
