It took me 5 days to make the booking as the system wouldn't allow various things to be done. I must have spent over £10 on phone calls. Technical team were supposed to sort it but took 5 days before...

I am very sorry to see you felt the need to rate us a double negative due to your booking experience. It certainly ins't common practise for it to be this difficult in booking up. Your booking experience is a time we would prefer you to enjoy with as little fuss as possible and get you exited for your upcoming visit.

Great website great normal booking service terrible spa booking as days later still not sorted my spa booking
However booking service for the spa is terrible no one answers held in queue on hold for ages then give up

Phone call rip off
Internet booking was good but did try ringing first. Rang 3 times could not get through & they charged me just under £10 each time but never knew til bill arrived!!!
