The web site was easy to use, but I managed to book the wrong date, so I rang the help line, in no time they had changed the dates and confirmation was received. They were great.

Very helpful
Very helpful staff. I had to cancel and rebook so the member of staff took the time to go through dates that wouldn't cost me any extra.
