The girl dealing with the booking kept me on the phone much longer than necessary, repeating phrases or sentences I had used to double check that's what I wanted which I found exasperating

Excellent booking service!
The booking service was fantastic. I was able to speak to a very polite and helpful lady who helped me with all queries I had and helped book the short break.

Booking in not quite so easy as previous.
Fairly easy to use but preferred the early versions of booking a room as found it easier to load and navigate through.
