Great call centre but slightly disappointing online booking system
The lady in the call centre was excellent, very friendly and efficient, but it would've been much easier for me to book online (I had a discount code but there was nowhere to input it online.)

good clear service with clear details of pricing and what was included.
I made the boring through the telephone service. the pricing given to me was simple and easy and was less cost than I could find on the website.

Easy once got through to someone
I had to call 3 times to place the booking. I was informed I would receive a call back twice and never received it.
