Made booking for daughter & friends, paying on dad's card - booking process was easy enough but only asked billing details so entered dad's as paid with his card. Seemed reasonable enough. But...

Great but hidden credit card charge. But upsetting it said £304 click to buy them the cost was more!

I would defiantly stay at the enchanted village again
I thought the website was very confusing and didn't end up using it. I didn't understand the packages and what would be best. Also there wasn't any internal photos for the enchanted woods...

I spoke initially to Jacob who was very helpful. Phoned back the next day and booked with another colleague as Jacob wasn't availalbe again he was very helpful.
