We have been to alton towers for many years every year ...in recent years we have stay overnight at the Hotel. I have to say the rooms were well equipped clean...and the all you can eat buffet style...

Booking our over night staff was so easy ....Bailey who was the staff member who arranged our booking was extremely helpful !!! It was a ensure speaking and booking with him . Thanks Bailey 🖒🖒🖒

Simple layout online but felt like we had to call to get the information we wanted about extras and the call did cost.

Disappointing booking service
Difficult to navigate and to understand what symbols meant on the hotel pictures......is swimming included in the cost price as it had a swimming symbol on the hotel?? Surely could be more...

It was ok for price and where. But there was a mention of booking breakfast best as gets busy, but no where to actually book it. Also not enough photos of the different on site hotels really.
