Booking frustration
Difficult to book 2 rooms for slightly different days. Phoned to book but still had to make 2 completely separate bookings and payments. Same as web site. I thought the phone call would be easier....

easy peasy
Very quick and easy to use, breaks everything quite nicely and allows you to add options so no need to book extras separately but without you feeling pressured into purchasing

Very informative and helpful
Telephone booking was great. I was taken through lots of options; dates, prices and packages. I was able to book new restaurant and Secret Garden restaurant too. Very helpful staff!!

Quite easy to use but if you don't know Alton Towers and the different hotels you can find it hard to follow.
