Not bad, could be better
Would rate higher but when using the special offers section, it changed the date which I did not initially realise so the room I wanted didn't seem available even though it was!

Good website, if you can find it.
Process was simple and straight forward enough. However the website we were given on our booking code was incorrect. So we had to contact alton towers before we could book.
