Called up on the day and they sorted it straight away and we had a discount for being merlin annual pass holders. Would definitely recommend it and can't wait to go back

Online booking system unsuitable if your disabled and need a carer.
The online booking service for the park plus hotel plus waterpark is not suitable if you are disabled and require a carer. Resukting in the need to telephone. However customer service was excellent

good booking but not clear via mobile
it was good however it wasn't clear to book via mobile and wouldn't let me view the calender part to book a date but overall good
