If it wasn't 13p would use phone booking rather then online
Didn't have enough information about location of hotels and use of hotel facilities. Had to ring for information so had to pay 13p a minute

Great service and a joy to use!
Very easy to navigate even though I was using my useless tablet device! Straightforward to book the dates I wanted and plenty of information and help if needed.
