Accommodation & ticket booking
Took a while to work out how tickets were obtained with accommodation booking. As at first it lpoked like water park was only available to book. A little confusing at first look.

I do apologise and it may just be me but I find this to be a little confusing.
I can only imagine you mean you can't see what price changes would be coming up for future dates.
As we work on a live booking system our prices change as hotels charge their rates day by day.
We would always suggest to book as soon as possible in order to get the best prices.

Waterpark extra!
good booking, but websites unclear re what's included. Also reall cheajy to charge extra for waterpark when stating in hotel.

I was really pleased with the booking process - I called reservations and the lady talked me through the prices of the different options. She was really helpful.
