Quick and easy
The booking serivce was simple and relitively quick. However, when offered extras, it did not offer theme park entrance tickets or other specials relating to booking holiday for birthday treat.

Really easy and straight forward. Only slight critism is that when selecting the type of stay from the drop down menu you can't read the full text until you've selected it

Did not honour original price!!!!
The lady on the phone was very helpful but when trying to book the short break had problems with my card and holiday went up by over 50 pounds and they would not honour the original price even...
