Always helpful and we have a policy to suit us and our needs. Only problem is that it is often a bit long-winded.

Have You Ever Tried to Steal a Grand Piano?
You have charged me just under £550 for the year to insure a grand piano that is never going to be moved from the position that it currently occupies.

Great value and great customer service
The person on the phone went out of their way to ensure that I understood, and was happy with my policy. It is incredibly good value, extensive cover.
