We’re sorry to hear that not knowing the price at the point of ordering caused frustration, and we completely understand how important it is to be able to budget with confidence. Due to the way oil prices have been fluctuating, there are times when pricing can change between order and delivery, but we appreciate this can be difficult from a customer’s perspective. We were going through stock every 1 to 2 days while deliveries were taking up to two weeks making it extremely difficult for us to price upon ordering unfortunately. Your comments are really valuable, and thankfully now we are able to give a fixed quote upon ordering again as things start to stabilise, so hopefully the time of uncertainty has now passed. We do appreciate your understanding of the wider situation and thank you for your continued support.
