Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found our service reliable, ordering straightforward, and delivery smooth. We apologise for any uncertainty caused by the lack of a definite delivery date, when required we do try to give our customers a particular day for delivery, however this can be difficult during the winter when we are at maximum capacity. However we will always send a notification text/email to customers the evening before delivery to confirm, as long as we have up to date contact details. We also appreciate your comments regarding the review process and associated emails, and will take them into consideration. Your feedback helps us improve, and we really value your support.
