Due to the current situation in the Middle East, global supply chains and energy markets are experiencing significant disruption, which is causing daily increases in costs across many industries. Recent tensions and conflict in the region have pushed oil prices, as a result, suppliers are increasing prices frequently, and the cost of incoming stock is currently much higher than previous deliveries. Our stock turnover is approximately two days, meaning we replenish inventory regularly, and each new batch is arriving at updated market prices. Unfortunately, this means our stock levels and selling prices must reflect the higher replacement cost of incoming goods. We always aim to keep prices as stable as possible, but with the ongoing volatility in global markets and supply chains, adjustments are sometimes unavoidable.
