Thank you for your feedback. Under normal circumstances we are able to give a firm quote upon ordering and we have thankfully now been able to reinstate this. Unfortunately at the time of your order due to uncertainties with fuel supply caused by problems in the Middle East, we had to stop quoting upon order temporarily. This was just due to oil prices being so volatile while our stock turnover was 1 to 2 days and our delivery time was up to 2 weeks, making pricing very difficult. Hopefully all will be back to normal upon your next order.
