We no no longer display the price and total cost of the order on the delivery notes, so this information would not have been available for you to view at the time of delivery. We did send your invoice by email a few days after the delivery was made, and I apologise that you did not receive this when expected. With regard to being asked to select "UK" as your location when leaving a review, this is a requirement of the Feefo review platform and is not something that we are able to control or amend ourselves.
