Highly recommended course and tutor
Francesca's course was packed with really useful ideas as well as the necessary training. I learnt a great deal of new moves and the pack supplied is great to refer back to.

Interesting
I thought the course was well presented.
However Face to face would of being far better and longer time.

Thank you for your feedback on the course. You mentioned that you had hoped for more content. There is more which covered separately through an advanced online course, Seated Fitness, Function and Balance. This is a progression course and covers seven times the number of exercises with over 200 more that you can incorporate including supported standing and free-standing chair neuromotor exercises.
